RETURNS / CHANGES

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the Company’s online store through the internet at the website www.playthessaloniki.gr.

Replacing defective products
We accept returns and replacement of proven defective products within 7 days from the date of receipt at the address: play Odysseos 13 54629, Thessaloniki. For any return you must first contact us at info@playthessaloniki.gr or at 2310500535.
The replacement of a defective product is always done with the same product and the return and replacement costs are free.
Please make sure that the product to be replaced is indeed defective, as in case it is found during the inspection that it is functional it will be returned to you at your own shipping cost.

Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind, you can return the products you ordered within 7 calendar days with your receipt, your order form. For any return you must first contact us at info@playthessaloniki.gr or at 2310500535.
For any information you need, you can contact us by phone, at 2310500535 (for calls from landline or mobile with charge according to the tariff policy of your telecommunications provider).
Returns are made at the address: “Play Odysseos 13, 54629, Thessaloniki”.
If you can not return the products you have bought yourself from the online store of the Company (www.playthessaloniki.gr), the cooperating transport companies ACS COURIER or with GENERAL POST can return them to you with a charge. The charge for the transfer of your products depends on the postal code of your area and the weight of the goods.

The products you want to return should – for obvious reasons of hygiene – be in good condition, with the package closed, completely inviolable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to the Company’s store
In case they are not returned within 7 days then the Company may not accept any return or replacement of product. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (7) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers are recognized in each case under the existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising in connection with the product warranty terms.
In case of change or withdrawal due to a change of opinion, if in case you charged the Company with the return cost, the amount to be returned will be deducted shipping costs to our company.

Transportation of returned products
In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will be charged the immediate cost of returning the products. The return of the returned products will be possible only from the address that you had stated from the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing.
Returns of products due to refusal of receipt or due to the expiration of their stay in the courier and in case they have been prepaid with credit / debit card or paypal, during the counter money you will be charged the return costs to us.

Return on value of returned products
If you meet the return conditions, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you return in the same way you made the original transaction (credit card, bank deposit, PayPal) minus the return costs unless you want another way to return for which you must inform us in writing.
The return of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place after you inform us in writing about the return request of the products and we accept their return as well as if the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport company / courier.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

(a) the supply of goods which may soon be damaged or expire;
b) the supply of underwear
(c) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health or hygiene reasons, and which have either been unsealed or – even slightly – their packaging has been tampered with
d) the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.

ADDITIONAL TERMS :
A) We as a company do not provide any warranty for our products other than any warranty that may accompany some of them from the manufacturer.
B) We do not provide product service as a company. We do not have spare parts other than those provided by some construction companies.
C) We do not accept changes of underwear or clothes with violated packaging or used.
D) In ​​case of proven defective product the shipping costs are borne by us.
E) In case the product to be returned a) does not prove to be defective, b) it is found that it has been used, c) its packaging has been damaged, it is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by him.
F) Defective products are not exchanged for different products or money.
